Characteristics and requirements of training programs

  1. The training duration for most training programs ranges between 20 to 30 hours.
  2. Training programs depend for their success and continuity on what each trainer puts into the program that he will implement.
  3. Taking into account that there are a significant number of training centers in the Arab world, the center is fully aware that its existence, progress, and proving its worth depend on its excellence and its ability to compete with centers with experience, capabilities, and reputation.
  4. The center works to have sufficient elements of attraction, persuasion and credibility.
  5. The Center is keen to distinguish the training content of each program it offers and work to ensure that it is professional, combining scientific theories and practical application.
  6. The training adopts distinct training methods based on knowledge of market needs and uses workshops, video presentations, presentations and training competitions to consolidate knowledge.
  7. Each training program is designed according to the actual needs of the labor market.

Training Conditions

  • The center is committed to providing sufficient numbers of full-time and part-time training staff members, while ensuring that the minimum qualification for the trainer is a university degree with training or teaching experience of not less than five years in the field of specialization.
  • The Center seeks to assign trainers from other institutes or centers, provided that the entity in which the trainer works is approved, specifying the duration of the secondment and the number of training courses in which he will participate.
  • The Center recruits trainers from outside the country for short periods, if necessary, after the approval of the responsible authorities.
  • The ratio of trainees to training staff members shall not exceed 1:20 for each training program.
  • The training quorum for a training staff member shall not exceed 25 hours per week for theoretical studies or 30 hours, including training that includes a practical aspect.
